Advocating for a thriving middle school community involves creating an environment where all students feel respected, supported, and empowered. As I continue my journey as an educator, I am committed to fostering a classroom culture that prioritizes belonging, SEL, inclusivity, and student voice. By using UDL principles, promoting empathy, and giving students a platform to express themselves, I am working to ensure that every student can thrive and feel valued as a member of the school community. Ultimately, my goal is to help students build the confidence and skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally, both in school and in life.
